Thrive App [WIP]
Personal Project, Q1 2026 – ongoing
I've been using workout timer apps for my jump rope and boxing sessions at home. There's tons and all of them are lacking. That's why I'm building one for myself that actually respects the user. And this is the start of my long anticipated journey of shipping a product all by myself.

An interval timer app I actually want to use myself.
Challenge
A sports timer needs to be easy to read and easy to operate with sweaty hands, so you can focus on working those muscles. It's a rather simple tool for people who love explosive interval style training to achieve their fitness goals.
I constrained myself to the Apple ecosystem to get more familiar with it and expand my skill set. WatchOS is completely new to me, and I made it a requirement for the HIIT timer app design in order to be able to track health metrics.
Solution
An iOS and watchOS native app that easily let's you create, edit, and run symmetrical and asymmetrical interval routines. If you know how to use Apple Calendar, Mail, or Fitness, you instantly know how to use this timer. It follow the Human Interface Guidelines and makes use of the whole array of Apple native interactions.
